| I was so lucky to say that I’ve seen this: the FRA INSPECTION TRAIN in Mobile! This came down here and only stayed one day before leaving north on CN. The only annoying thing about the consist was the CN SD75I leading the train, as that is pretty much the only type of CN locomotive that comes down here these days. It came down on CSX, then was transferred to CN, where it was attached to the 75I and parked in Alabama Export’s yard. This photo was taken with permission, and I was sure to be careful, as ALE was switching in the yard while I was taking photos, so I had to keep an eye out for moving railcars... |
